Bashundhara Toiletries Limited officially launched its new product “Bashundhara Xtreme Aerosol – Insect Killer” at a soft ceremony held in the Level-5 Training Hall of the Bashundhara Industrial Headquarters (BIHQ) in Dhaka on Sunday.

This aerosol product is designed to kill mosquitoes and other household insects quickly and effectively.

The company hopes it will become a strong competitor in the market and help protect families from mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue, malaria, and chikungunya, read a press release.

During the event, Bashundhara Group Senior Deputy Managing Director Mustafizur Rahman said, “The product was made to support public health. He mentioned that if used properly, the aerosol works well in eliminating mosquitoes and other insects, making homes safer.”

In his speech, Bashundhara Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) Shahed Zahid said, “All necessary steps have been taken to make sure the product reaches consumers all over the country. We hope that, this product will be aligning with consumer demand.”

The ceremony was attended by several senior officials from Sector–C of the company.
